So in order to learn how the Content Library in Dash works you can either watch this tutorial 👆 or read the summary of the video 👇 (P.S. The UI in the video is outdated)
Getting Started
Right now the Dash Content Library for Unreal Engine 5 gives you access to the Megascans assets you have downloaded through Bridge and also all assets in the free Polyhaven library. This means you can easily drag and drop these assets into your UE5 scene and also get direct access to some other Dash tools, such as Scatter and Physics.

To access the Content Library, simply open Dash and click on the circle icon with a mountain inside of it. In the future, the Content Library will also feature assets from other content libraries and assets that you have locally in your project.

Searching and Browsing
Searching for specific assets within the Content Library is made easy with the text field at the top of the interface. Simply type in the name or keywords related to the asset you are looking for, and the Content Library will display relevant results. On the left side, you will also find some categories that could help you out.

Once you have found the desired asset, and dragged it into the UE5 viewport, you can left-click and drag the mouse to move the asset around the environment. There exist several other options for how to adjust the asset directly, such as scaling it by holding down Ctrl and using the left mouse button. All of these options are available in a floating Quick Help menu that opens automatically once you have dragged in an asset. To get out of the placement mode, simply press the Esc button.

Direct Scatter
The Content Library also offers a Surface Scatter feature. By holding control and dragging an object into the environment, you will see a list of options, including Scatter, which will scatter the selected asset or assets in the environment. Scattering assets in Unreal Engine 5 has never been this easy and convenient.

Physics-based Placement
Furthermore, Dash allows you to place objects using a physics simulation without any complicated UE5 settings. Again by holding control when dragging the asset/assets into the environment, you will see the list of options, choosing the Physics option will result in physics-based placement. It will also open up the Physics Tool which lets you continue your physics simulation, by for example duplicating the object to create a pile.

Decals and Surfaces
The same controls used for moving and placing assets can also be used for decals. This provides a seamless experience and eliminates the need to learn different methods for different types of objects. You can even drag and drop surfaces onto objects, adding a new level of flexibility to your workflow.

Problems
If you find that your assets downloaded in Bridge are not visible, you need to give the path of the "Downloaded" Bridge folder to the Dash Content Library. This is achieved by clicking the three-dotted menu on the right side of the Content Library and then finding the folder called "Downloaded" where your Bridge/Megascans assets are stored.
